Are these cabins approved for nightly rental?

Yes the entire development is a planned development district approved for nightly rental.

Are these condominiums?

No, the owner of each cabin will own the individual platted lot it sets on. The specific lot and address will be part of the sale contract, each lot is 1/3-1/2 acre.

Do I have to use a certain property manager?

No, however, In an effort to maintain the appearance of the community for the benefit of all owners, the HOA managers must approve all management companies. We can make recommendations of approved property management companies.

Does the HOA maintain the cabins?

No, the maintenance of the cabin is up to the individual owner, ie: exterior painting, roofing, outdoor living spaces etc. Maintenance provided by HOA is limited to mowing of grass, snow and trash removal but exterior construction has been designed to minimize maintenance issues.

Do you provide a pro-forma for rental income?

No, we are a property development and construction company. Each owners goals are different and you will need to discuss with the management company you chose as they are experienced in marketing and management of nightly rental properties.

Yes, we have many lenders that our sales team can direct you to.
